Lotus to test new F1 car at the Jerez test

According to Autosport, Lotus F1 are going to be ready to test their new car at the second Jerez test on 17th February.  Considering the team only got a place on the grid on the 12th September I think that’s quite a feat. 

The teams technical director Mike Gascoyne say that the team is a week ahead of their plans, which should allow them to comfortably make the test, and have the second chassis running by the final Barcelona test.
