Ian<\/a> over at WSSDemo<\/a> has put up some sample code for federating your Windows 7 Search with SharePoint.\u00a0 Given how quickly SharePoint is spreading throughout businesses I can see this being very useful indeed, especially as it includes file preview.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve included the sample XML below, but please head over to Ian\u2019s blog<\/a>, there\u2019s some good stuff over there.\u00a0 You\u2019ll have to excuse the dodgy code format \u2013 the blog doesn\u2019t like displaying code!\u00a0 Fortunately Ian\u2019s hosting the .osdx file here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
