Yes, i&#039;ve noticed this.  iPhone&#039;s Activesync is rubbish.  It hardly ever syncs my email/calendar/contacts unless I actually click the manual refresh button.  I thought it might have been because of my Exchange server being monolithic with the IIS etc hacks to allow it to be both a FE and BE server, but if you&#039;re also experiencing them on a traditional Front/Back end deployment as well that might be a pointer.

I must say, it&#039;s totally random though.  Sometimes I can be sat there and it&#039;ll chime with a new email just before my laptop does.  Others I can be hours out of date with about 15 emails waiting.

Poor, Apple.  Poor!</description>
